Build it your way
Think of a yogurt bowl as four parts: a creamy base, fresh fruit, something crunchy and a drizzle. Greek yogurt is thick enough to hold its toppings without going runny, and once the base is in the bowl, every topping is a swap away from a new breakfast.

Instructions
- Stir the honey or maple syrup into the yogurt. Divide between two bowls and spread it into an even layer.
- Hull and slice any strawberries, and slice the banana.
- Arrange the berries, banana and granola on top of the yogurt.
- Drizzle with the nut butter, warming it for 10 seconds in the microwave first if it is too thick to drizzle. Sprinkle with the chia seeds, add a little more honey if you like and serve straight away, while the granola is crunchy.
Tips & notes
- Any fruit works: try diced mango, peaches, kiwi or thawed frozen berries.
- Make ahead: portion the sweetened yogurt into jars and keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days. Keep the fruit and granola separate and add them just before eating.
- Nut-free: use sunflower seed butter and a nut-free granola.
- Do not give honey to children under 12 months old. Use maple syrup instead.
